Yuletide remains one of my favourite yearly traditions and I’m super happy to be here again! Thank you so much if you are writing for me. All of the below is for guidance if you want it, and I’m sure to love whatever you write for me.

Below is my DNWs and my Likes in fic. For each of my fandom requests, I have written a bit about what I love about them and why I have chosen the characters I have, and I have given some prompts in case you'd like some inspiration.

Character Played by Choi Chanhee | New (Maverick MV)

I rewatched this MV recently and was reminded of how GREAT it is. I will forever be a sucker for dystopian, arena-death-fight vibes with sad, pretty, boys and sexual tension.

I have chosen to request the character played by Choi Chanhee as what we see of him really intrigues me. His character uses a bow and arrow where the other players are using grenades and flame-throwers and he is also the only player we see crying at the end (what does this mean! Who has he killed?!) I must know more about him!

Prompts:

- I would love to know his story and who he was before he found himself in the arena. Why is he there? Is he a criminal or is he a random civilian chosen to enter… And why is the bow & arrow his weapon of choice?

- The shot we get of Chanhee standing with Sunwoo and Changmin's characters at one point feels like it could mean something. Are they competing as a group? Did they form an alliance? Do they trust each other at all? And, more/less importantly, do they ever kiss??! I would definitely be interested in exploring this OT3 in the Maverick world, but if OT3s aren’t your thing, I’d be happy to read about Chanhee paired with a single someone else instead!

- I’m also not at all opposed to PWP and I would also be very happy to read about Chanhee's character seducing/ finding comfort in/ hate-fucking the other players during the night. 

- Chanhee's poster says "Save us from the sin." What does this mean? Has he been sent into the arena because he's sinned? Are the players all being punished? Are they sacrifices to something? Maybe they start fighting each other and then realise they're actually being hunted by something else! I know the posters are promotional material for the comeback, but what if they were part of the fictional world, too? Is the Maverick Games (?!) a big event, hunger-games style?

Tonkla (4 Minutes Thailand TV)

I absolutely loved this show and all of its twists and turns and alternative timelines, and the moral ambiguity of af our main characters. I have chosen to request Tonkla because he really was a stand-out character for me. Tonkla spent his adolescence trying to keep his brother (and cat) safe from their father… And realising the only way to do so would be to make sure their drunk father “fell” down the stairs. His pain, his loneliness and addiction, and his dwindling hope for justice for Dome’s death that he was never going to get from any official, legal, route… Ouch.

Prompts:

- In Great’s 4 Minutes timeline he stops Title from killing Dome. We see how Great’s life continues from then, and he goes onto change some of his other decisions from the original timeline, but I’d love to know how this event would have changed Tonkla’s life if we got to follow him in this timeline! We see a very brief glimpse of what could have been when Dome is discharged from hospital and calls Tonkla on his way home in a cab, and I’d love to explore it more…

- His relationships with both Win and Korn are incredibly interesting and I would equally love to read more of either of them.

Tonkla is treated like a secret “affair” by Korn, but we know they have actually been together for years, since they were university students. I imagine Korn really meant it when he said he’d tell his family about them when he graduated, but he’s never had the courage to do so, and an exploration of how that has made Tonkla feel would be super interesting. Tonkla lacks power in both of these relationships, and he leverages it where he can in his relationship with Win using sex to keep Win helping him - tell me more about the thrill of that!

- Maybe the stand-off at the end doesn’t end in two deaths, but instead they manage to persuade Win to go with them and they all escape. I imagine Win would be pretty conflicted about this, but could be persuaded by Tonkla..! How would they navigate all being on the run together, especially considering Korn just found out Tonkla has cheated, and Win has just found out that Tonkla was running away with Korn? 

- Something that shows Tonkla in his own 4 Minutes timeline and where that heads to would also be wonderful. I’d love to see him happy.


&TEAM (Band)

Wang Yixiang | Nicholas (&TEAM) & Byun Euijoo | EJ (&TEAM)

I got into &Team at the start of this year, and WOW they have blown me away. I love the whole group and their close bond with each other, but Nicholas and Euijoo’s bond is my favourite. They are best friends, soulmates, and even have their own duo name, but we know it took them time to get closer and become the besties we see now, and dynamic is delicious to me.

I equally enjoy canon and AU fic for RPF ships and it’s no different with these two.

Prompts:

- If you want to write canon fic, something about them navigating the rocky terrain between friends, lovers and boyfriends would be awesome.

- Or I’d love a fic that explores how idols in a relationship keep the romance alive when completely and utterly exhausted from practice and travel and engaging in fanservice for the cameras. What do they do to carve out time for themselves? 

- For AUs I really am open to everything. Give me hot, sticky, summer roadtrip adventures or falling for your roommate. Give me Prince Euijoo and his Royal Guard Nicholas, or rival sportsmen, or language exchange partners… Absolutely anything!

- PWP is welcome too. Go wild!
